Rabbit Island near Vancouver is currently owned by Orange Coast College. Now, more than a decade since the island was gifted to them, maintenance costs are forcing the OCC to sell up. If you have a spare $1M you could be in luck. The Island’s rustic dwellings comprise four cabins, a lodge, a bathhouse, and a shop/generator building. The Island can accommodate up to 18 guests but with no mains power or fresh water supply you'll need to be eco-friendly!
