Rabbit Ragù

Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall writes in last Saturday's Guardian of the virtues of Wild Rabbit and how the common bobtail is so poorly regarded even though it is incredibly low in fat and has an abundant supply free of welfare concerns. Perhaps it's because they're such cute critters.
He also provides a selection of recipes including Rabbit Ragù and Bunny Burgers.
